Instant Push Notifications FAQ
Q: My web browser is not supported. When will you support it?
A: Our engineering team are working hard to support all browser types. In the meantime; please use one of the compatible web browsers we currently support.
Q: Do I need to keep my web browser open to receive notifications?
A: If you are using Windows with Google Chrome or using a Mac with Safari web browser then you do not need to keep the browser open.
The same applies to Android devices using Google Chrome. You do not need to keep the browser open.
Q: I have selected to Allow notifications using my web browser but I can’t see the alert when I receive a new enquiry?
A: Sometimes Windows or Mac by default snooze notifications which prevents the alert from popping up. On Windows computers Focus Assist by default automatically snoozes web push notifications and on Mac computers, Do Not Disturb when enabled will pause web push notifications. To change the way Windows or Mac handle alerts:
Windows:
Go to Settings > System > Focus assist and select Off
Mac:
To disable Do Not Disturb, click the Control Center icon in the top-right corner of your Mac's menu bar and toggle off the Do Not Disturb option
Q: I no longer wish to receive instant push notifications from Natural Therapy Pages; how do I disable it?
A: Please see below on how to disable instant push notifications from Natural Therapy Pages for your respective web browser:
Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More. Settings
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings
Click Notifications.
Underneath the Allow column, scroll down until you see https://www.naturaltherapypages.com.au:443 click More and select Remove
Safari:
On your computer, open Safari
Click on Safari > Preferences
Click on Websites and then Notifications on the left column
Highlight the Natural Therapy Pages website and tap the Remove button at the bottom
Confirm the removal
Firefox:
On your computer, open Firefox
Go to Settings.
Choose "Privacy & Security"
Select Settings which corresponds to Notifications
Then Click on Remove Website
Save Changes
Chrome (Android):
On your mobile device, open Chrome
Select Settings
Select Site Settings
Choose Notifications
Select Natural Therapy Pages
Turn off the toggle switch
Samsung Internet:
On your mobile device, open Samsung Internet
Go to Settings.
Tap Notifications
Tap the three dots in the top right corner
Tap on "Allow or block sites"
Disable push notifications for Natural Therapy Pages
Q: I turned off instant push notifications from Natural Therapy Pages, but now I want it back on; how do I enable it?
A: Please see below on how to enable instant push notifications from Natural Therapy Pages for your respective web browser:
Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More. Settings
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings
Click Notifications.
Click Add
In the box type: https://www.naturaltherapypages.com.au
Click Add
Safari:
On your computer, open Safari
Click on Safari > Preferences
Click on Websites and then Notifications on the left column
Highlight the Natural Therapy Pages website and tap Allow
Confirm
Firefox:
On your computer, open Firefox
Go to Settings.
Choose "Privacy & Security"
Select Settings which corresponds to Notifications
Then Select Allow
Save Changes
Chrome (Android):
On your mobile device, open Chrome
Select Settings
Select Site Settings
Choose Notifications
Select Natural Therapy Pages
Turn on the toggle switch
Samsung Internet:
On your mobile device, open Samsung Internet
Go to Settings.
Tap Notifications
