If you experience difficulty in logging into your Member Portal, try the below troubleshooting steps.

Please remember to ensure that there are no spaces at the end of your username or password.
The password is case sensitive, so make sure to use CAPITAL letters only when needed.

Instructions

  1. Go to our login page - https://www.naturaltherapypages.com.au/login

  2. Click the Forgot your password? button.

  3. Enter your registered email address and click the Send Password Reset Link button (for most people, this will be the same email address where we send your invoices) and we will send a temporary password to your email.

  4. Once you log in with these details, you will have the option to change your password to something more secure that you'll remember.
