There is a few places within your Member Portal where you can find information and statistics about the level of traffic and engagement from your NTPages profile.

Dashboard

The first page you see when you log in will be the main Dashboard screen which gives you a basic overview of your current membership period. You can also find more detailed information over different periods of time in the Analytics section of your navigation panel on the left-hand side of the screen (continued below).

Analytics: Profile Analytics

The Profile Analytics section gives you a summary of consumer engagement with your listing - who is doing what with your profile and when. You can use the date filtering option at the top of this screen to view the data over different time frames.

Analytics: Search Results & Postcode Stats

The Search Results & Postcode Stats section gives you a summary of traffic on your profile - how many searches have you appeared in, how many people are clicking through to your page. You can use the date filtering option at the top of this screen to view the data over different time frames.

Analytics: My Client Leads

The My Client Leads section gives you more detailed information about consumer engagement with your profile - how are people trying to connect with you when they’re viewing your page. You can use the date filtering option at the top of this screen to view the data over different time frames.

You can also review all the information from your email enquiries received through the site, including sender details and messages. Just click on Enquiries Received in the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
